The Roemer-und Pelizaeus-Museum Hildesheim is a house with a broad spectrum. It has one of the most important ancient Egyptian collections in the world, but also one of the oldest and most beautiful ancient Peruvian collections in Europe and an important paleontological collection. The Hildesheim Museum has also acquired a special regional importance.
